Team Photo Package

This is the ideal package for a kid’s recreation or club team. I have a High School version below. Once in a while someone buys this as a gift for the team, but typically the parents pitch in. Shooting session for one full game, includes some warm ups. You can search the blog for Team Package to see what to expect. Each player gets at least TEN high resolution 5x7 photo files, three Sloppy's Special images, including a Trading Card Style 5x7 print, perfect for individual player gifts. Also included an 8X10 “Thank You Coach” Collage. All photo files processed for color, contrast, distractions, etc. I publish a Brag Post from your game on my blog you can share with friends. Photos are posted in an online gallery with free downloads for easy sharing. Here’s a recent club soccer and Little League sample. $500.

Cheaper Option: For polished files, with no graphic work or prints, you can save $100.

Team Party Package

This is the Cadillac of Team Packages. I do a lot of these during All-Star Season, but if you have travel or club team that has been together for a few seasons, you’re primed for this. Everybody on the team takes home a pile of goodies. You get everything mentioned in the Team Photo Package above and a lot more. I'll make an 8-10 minute dynamic slideshow and everyone gets a DVD copy. You can pick the music and I can add some of your candid photos too! One 16x20 Bulletin Board Team Poster for display at your party and everyone gets an 8x10 copy, (upgrading to poster sized is an option.) Team Gallery on Facebook with three images of each player, and an Instagram Batch post of each player, blog post on my website for sharing and bragging. Photos are posted in an online gallery for downloading. $700, add a second game for $350 more.

Individual Package - KIDS

If you can’t get your team to go for a Team Package or you really want me to focus on your kid, this is it. I have a slightly different version for High School below. Shooting session for one full game, includes some warm ups. You get a CD of all the final images. You can expect 50+ photos. Here is Lucy Ann’s post. This Package includes a Printed 16x20 Sloppy’s Collage and six Graphic Specials. Photos of the rest of the team will be posted for purchase. You can split this package with other parents on the team. One Kid is $200. Two or Three Kids is $175 each. Four to Six Kids is $150 each. Individual Package - HIGH SCHOOL

You can (and SHOULD) split this package with other parents on the team. For most high school team sports, my default package includes multiple games and is $250. I try to schedule games against schools where I have other kids on packages so everyone get more photos. Adding a second game, especially in a different jersey, adds a lot to your gallery and poster! Your final images can be downloaded from your own online gallery. You can expect 50+ photos, often many more. Ashley ended up with 80+ in her gallery. This Package includes a Printed 16x20 Sloppy’s Collage and five Graphic Specials. Photos of the rest of the team will be posted for purchase. This package does not include Friday Night Football, see below.

Individual Package - VARSITY FOOTBALL

Because of the length of these games and the amount of work required in post, I charge a little more for night time football. (But I add goodies!) You get shooting session for one full game with some warm ups, but with the chance for more! You get a CD of all the final images. You can expect 40+ photos, often more. Wyatt ended up with 91 photos! This Package includes a Printed 16x20 Sloppy’s Collage six Graphic Specials, a Sports Illustrated Cover, AND after game family photos on the field. Photos of the rest of the team will be posted for purchase. You can split this package with other parents on the team. One Kid is $300. Two to Four Kids is $250 each. Here’s your bonus, if you can get four kids on the package I will shoot a second game for $100 each. Adding a second game, especially in a different jersey adds a lot to your gallery and poster! Team Photoshoot - HIGH SCHOOL

Once in a while I will be asked for a quote to shoot a game or a team with the Booster Club paying the bill, as opposed to working with parents directly. Some examples: Senior Night Ceremony, Cross Country Meet, photos for the Softball Yearbook, or even Marching Band. I shoot everything and everyone, process the photos, and deliver a USB flash drive. My rule of thumb is $250 per hour of shooting. It works out to significantly less after all the photos get polished, but it’s a good barometer. No prints or fancy edits on these, just as many great photos as possible. You can use them however you like; slideshows, yearbooks, media guide, player gifts, Fatheads, etc. If you have specific needs, concentrate on the seniors for banners for example, I can do that.
