2018 Behind the Curtain MEGAN

Well I finally got to see my niece dance. Wow! I guess I shouldn't have been so surprised, but she doesn't show off these moves when we visit. I remember once when Santa asked her to show him a little number, and we all slid to the edge of our seats and she said... "Nah." This dance troop has a "photo performance" and I was one of a handful of people in the theater. Basically a dress rehearsal that is also video recorded from multiple angles. I'm still learning my camera when it comes to indoor action, the ever changing stage lighting was a good test. I ended up shooting some of the other kids too, that gallery is here. Megan was in a lot of numbers with costume changes every time so I kept busy! Here's a few favorites and then there's the full Megan gallery of about 150 photos. Think that's a lot?
