2020 El Dorado Basketball SELENA

Here’s a treat, a rare girl’s basketball post. I’ve known a few kids on local high school basketball teams, but for all of those kids basketball has been their add on sport, and they didn’t get much playing time. I’ve been so busy covering other sports during winter that I haven’t pushed for girl’s basketball, so I was happy when I got the call to shoot an Individual Package for Selena. She’s dynamite and she’ll be back! We didn’t have a lot of room to fit this one in and I had to shoot at El Modena’s gym, and then I also shot for about 30 minutes when El Dorado played at Yorba Linda. In both games Selena had a hot run where she seemed to sink everything she shot. She’d put up nine or ten points and then go smile on the bench while the second string played with the lead for a bit. With her Individual Package, Selena gets all her photos on CD, some special images, and a 16x20 print of her collage.
