2023 Villa Park Ice Hockey

Big one here with lots to talk about. This was my first Photo Day for hockey and since I love the sport I jumped at the chance. My Astros team hasn’t played since covid, but I still have all my gear! This was a team deal with the Boosters paying for the session, banners for the seven seniors, and scrapbook bulletin boards for all 30 kids. We met at the studio in shifts and I shot each kid in a few poses. Some kids really went for it and some just smiled and left. I had them all sit on a bench and from that I put together the big photo above as well as a JV and Varsity version. For the banners I did a dual photo image with a big face and a smaller action shot. I have the banners to deliver and the prints will be here soon. Digonto ordered the Big Board so I made it out to a JV game and covered that. Eventually I’ll post the action stuff too.
