2023 Yorba Linda Cross Country Photo Day

Here’s one with a fast turnaround! Occasionally the processing on these Photo Day projects is delayed. Sometimes I need to shoot kids in action for their packages, I need kids ID’d because they don’t have jersey numbers, waiting for payment, lots of stuff could slow me down. Last year I shot this session an the edge of the school’s parking lot. We planned to do it there again this year but when I arrived to set up the greenery had been cut back pretty hard. I phoned to see if we could get the kids to walk 50 yards to the baseball park adjacent to the school. I didn’t know if leaving campus would be an issue, but with coach on board there was no problem. In the gallery there’s a full length shot of each of the kids if you’d like to have me polish that. The kids took some goofy shots before we finished, I think trying to delay the inevitable practice.
